STIFFS
Cracked Monster Party #22, Winter 1993

Dating game show in the 90s hosted by Mark DeCarlo, similar to The Dating Game except it took place after the date and it was unchaperoned. It was also much raunchier and innuendo-ridden with them rating each other on the sex.
This version, being from Cracked's spinoff, starred all horror characters and was hosted by Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) from Silence of the Lambs.
A sponsor for the show in most outlets was 1-900 numbers, phone sex services where you would pay by the minute to to to someone, a predecessor to Pornhub only with audio instead of video.
One of the female contestants here is Mina Harker, a character played by Winona Ryder in what was then the most recent adaptation, though it doesn't seem to resemble her. The male contestants are Freddy Krueger of Nightmare on Elm Street, Jason Voorhees of the Friday the 13th franchise, and Bram Stoker's Dracula, which was directed by Francis Ford Coppola. Kathy Najimy, Bette Midler and Sara Jessica Parker of Hocus Pocus also seem to be bachelorettes.
1-900 numbers weren't just used for sex. There was also LaToya Jackson's Psychic Hotline.
Studs was parodied on The Simpsons and The Ben Stiller Show.
MARTIAN

Martin was a vehicle for comedian Martin Lawrence to play the title character, a DJ at WZUP in Detroit, with his more successful girlfriend and friends.
Martin's girlfriend was Gina (Tisha Campbell). His friends were Cole (Carl Anthony Payne II) and Tommy (Thomas Mikal Ford). Gina's friend was Pam (Tichina Arnold). This parody features Homey the Clown (Damon Wayans), who wasn't on this show but a character on the FOX show In Living Color.
Martin Lawrence played other characters on the program, such as his mother.
The surprise of The Crying Game (30-year-old-spoiler) was that the lead male character was revealed to be female.
Sheneneh was another of Lawrence's characters.
Martin was on right after The Simpsons, which some say Martin owes its success to.
The station engineer at Martin's day job was played by Shawn McDermott, and the radio station is the reason for the presence of Howard Stern as Fartman.
The people in the last panel are Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty, and Ian Ziering of Beverly Hills 90210, Robin Williams as Mork, and Roseanne & Tom Arnold.

I figured 25 years would be long enough that when public figures were mentioned, they'd be long gone by now. I didn't know he'd be the president.
(“Woodrow” or “Woody” was often what they called an erection on the show)
Who knew Clarence Thomas (the judge with the pubic hair on the Coke can) would still be a judge?
(Mario Cuomo was Governor of New York).
These guys, at least, are obscure to most people under 40 now.
(Ross Perot was a businessman who ran for president as an independent, Jack Kemp was a member of congress. William Bennett was a conservative pundit. Bob Dole was a Senator who also ran for President).
Dan Rather and Connie Chung are still around, but mostly retired.
(The interviewee is Boris Yeltsin, then the premier of Russia. The tattoo reference is to Gorbachev, the previous premiere, who had a prominent birthmark).

This article's just as much about the culture of 1995 growing old as much as it's about Beavis and Butt-Head. Let's see how accurate they were.
They start of with one wrong prediction. That Michael Jackson would still be alive when this takes place.
Jim Carrey's still around, but they also wrongly predicted that Sonny Bono would still be alive.
They were half right that we'd realize naming sports teams after ethnic groups is wrong, but rather than argue about the proper names about what any of them should be called, it wasn't even considered at all.
Because of Snoop Dogg at least we now know this is supposed to take place in 2058.
Butt-Head is now kept alive with his head in a jar at this point. Who knows if that will be possible then?
Half the show was an MST3K-like roast of them in front of the TV watching videos and making comments, possibly to justify their presence on MTV.
With that in mind, that's how Cracked did their parody. It was also an opportunity to do several parodies in one article.

They're making fun of Shannen Doherty's asymmetrical face. All our faces are asymmetric but her features are more obvious. Gabrielle Carteris was playing a high school student at 33, thus a middle-aged person in the crowd.
American Gladiators
In pro-basketball, Dennis Rodman was known for dressing in drag as a way of showboating.
After the commercial is Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman
Then Lois & Clark, Then Late Night with Conan O'Brien. I don't know if this is a name-change or just a misspelling.
After constant flipping through channels, they finally find something they like.
