Cop show that was canceled before this was even printed. Starred Leslie Nielsen long before he realized he was supposed to be funny (the fact that he didn't do comedy was the whole point of his roles in comedies). This parody doesn't seem to caricature anyone in particular or do any puns of names, just uses the concept.
