Not a parody of any Jean-Claude Van Damme movie in particular. This was vary similar to the MAD articles Arbor Day and In Search of Big Tush with Van Damme introducing his newest film. At this time, he had not actually directed anything.
I just realized if you're just tuning in the past few days you must think all these magazines are really racist, but it just happens to be this cluster of parodies the past few days.
