BLEEDVIS AND BOLT-HEAD CHECK OUT MTV

When Cracked did their spinoff magazine, it was half-reprints, but they would run out of monster and horror material for their new stuff, and often had to make existing phenomena into monsters, which was the case here.
Beavis and Butthead was on MTV when the majority of their programming was music videos, and much of the show was them riffing on those videos ala Mystery Science Theater. They start by commenting on Full House with Bob Saget and John Stamos.
All-American Girl was a sitcom about a woman's clash with her Korean immigrant parents that was conceived as a showcase for comedian Margaret Cho.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was a showcase for Will Smith, about a kid from the 'hood moving in with his rich relatives.
Baywatch had David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson as lifeguards
Larry King is portrayed as an ape here, maybe because his name sounds like King Kong. Then Urkel (Jaleel White) of Family Matters.

Apparently the owners don't even approve of their opening being used. They're somehow more special than every other TV show in existence, so you'll have to settle for this fan-made one.

There were two different series with the same creators in the same "universe", The two characters often crossed over and did several TV movies together and teamed up in other media. The main characters were Hercules (Kevin Sorbo), Iolaus (Michael Hurst), Xena (Lucy Lawless), and Gabrielle (Renee O'Connor).
Zima was a carbonated alcoholic beverage that existed in the 90s, sort of a cross between wine coolers and 7-Up. In the foreground of this splash panel are Hagar the Horrible and Lucky Eddie.
The other characters appear to be made up for this. Though Xena did have gratuitous T&A it came to be iconic in the LGBTQ community.
The cow in the upper right panel is a cow often used in The Far Side and the sound effects are an homage to Don Martin.
In the middle right panel are associate editor Nick Meglin and art director Leonard Brenner, and the god is the ghost of William M. Gaines. "It's crackers..." was an attempted catchphrase when they were first starting as a magazine.
They end up in the world of Baywatch, another syndicated skin show.

Show about Los Angeles lifeguards headed by Mitch Buchanan (David Hasselhoff), aided by Summer Quinn (Nicole Eggert), C. J. Parker (Pamela Anderson), Stephanie Holden (Alexandra Paul), David Charvet (Matt Brody), and Garner Ellerbee (Gregory Allen Williams). As implied by the parody, the show was successful because of its gratuitous T & A.
Appearances by Charlie Tuna and Roseanne
Arthur the pot plant.
The on-and-off romance between Matt and Summer was one of the themes of the show.
