This was a TV series spun off from Beverly Hills 90210, like that show but everyone was about ten to fifteen years older, about the tenants of an apartment complex on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. The cast at this point was Billy (Andrew Shue), Allison (Courtney Thorne-Smith), Michael (Thomas Calabro), Jane (Josie Bissett), Matt (Doug Savant), Sandy (Amy Locane), Jake (Grant Show), and Rhonda (Vanessa Williams). Kelly (Jennie Garth) from 90210 was the connection between the two shows.
The joke about politics is that they only talk about political events that involve sex scandals. I'm not sure about the Megan Louise gag except presumably she was a granddaughter of Mort Drucker?
In the corner in the last panel is creater Darren Starr.

The opening two pages parody the opening credits of the show with Blossom (Mayim Bialik), her brother Joey (Joey Lawrence), her other brother Tony (Michael Stoyanov), Six (Jenna von Oÿ), grandfather Buzz (Barnard Hughes), and father Nick (Ted Wass),
Blossom's boyfriend is Vinnie (David Lascher) who the father doesn't particularly like.
One recurring feature on the show was that she would have fantasy scenes from celebrities, usually playing themselves, giving her advice.
Another celebrity in the letters column reading a parody of themselves, though not a mock outrage “you'll hear from my lawyers” reaction this time

(Indecent Proposal was a movie from around the same time where Robert Redford approached a married couple with the proposition of paying them a million dollars of spending a night with the wife).
Only the Cracked parody got into the fact that Joey Lawrence in reality was a heartthrob on his own with his catchphrase of “Whoa!”

Introduction to Brendon and Brenda Walsh (Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty), Dylan McKay (Luke Perry), Jim Walsh (James Eckhouse), Cindy Walsh (Carol Potter), Donna (Tori Spelling), Kelly (Jennie Garth) and Steve (Ian Ziering). Not named are Andrea (Gabrielle Carteris) and David (Brian Austin Green). All of them (minus the Walsh parents) are students at West Beverly High Schvool.
The premise of the show initially was that the Walsh family had just moved to Beverly Hills and every week dealt with different issues faced by teenagers. The father was a rich accountant but managed to always be home. The setting gave the show the ability to cover social issues within the context of the shallowness of Beverly Hills Students.
Brenda dated Dylan off-and-on. They all dated in some combination in their ten-year run, and David, even though a background character, was the only one to last through the show's ten-year run.
At an assembly it is announced Brandon and Brenda will be leaving Beverly Hills.
(Robin Leach was a TV host in the 1980s with a show called Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous that showcase celebrities' mansions.)
The Walshes are moving to Palm Beach. Brenda sees that social justice would be even more difficult down there.

This version also parodies the show's problem of the week format.
(Also on the beach are Lloyd Bridges of Sea Hunt and Peter Falk of Columbo).
Brandon is asked to run for Class President and they need an issue to run on.
The third problem is that Kelly's mother was dating David's mother but then realized he and the mother had more in common, making the two students now mother and father.
Brandon won the election but now there's bad news at home.
The Ben Stiller Show did a take back then. That cast is still around. Boy, did they look young.
UPDATE: This was the back cover for Cracked #276, November 1992. This is only three weeks from now. Luke Perry is no longer with us. Gabrielle Carteris is now President of the Screen Actors' Guild. In the background on the right is artist Jeff Wong. On the left is a mutual acquaintance I played a practical joke on 30 years ago, making it look like he wrote a threatening letter to the president. It's been exaggerated over time by word of mouth and it's entirely on me, but what it comes down to is we were both visited by the Secret Service whose sole motive was to scare us, which they did. I'm told what I did isn't so bad, just that I did it to someone capable of making a comic about it. He printed my address and phone number so I feel that makes us even, it's all water under the bridge to me, but I'm sure he sees it differently. From what I've heard, he still holds a grudge against me thirty years later.

I figured 25 years would be long enough that when public figures were mentioned, they'd be long gone by now. I didn't know he'd be the president.
(“Woodrow” or “Woody” was often what they called an erection on the show)
Who knew Clarence Thomas (the judge with the pubic hair on the Coke can) would still be a judge?
(Mario Cuomo was Governor of New York).
These guys, at least, are obscure to most people under 40 now.
(Ross Perot was a businessman who ran for president as an independent, Jack Kemp was a member of congress. William Bennett was a conservative pundit. Bob Dole was a Senator who also ran for President).
Dan Rather and Connie Chung are still around, but mostly retired.
(The interviewee is Boris Yeltsin, then the premier of Russia. The tattoo reference is to Gorbachev, the previous premiere, who had a prominent birthmark).
WHEN BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD GROW OLD

This article's just as much about the culture of 1995 growing old as much as it's about Beavis and Butt-Head. Let's see how accurate they were.
They start of with one wrong prediction. That Michael Jackson would still be alive when this takes place.
Jim Carrey's still around, but they also wrongly predicted that Sonny Bono would still be alive.
They were half right that we'd realize naming sports teams after ethnic groups is wrong, but rather than argue about the proper names about what any of them should be called, it wasn't even considered at all.
Because of Snoop Dogg at least we now know this is supposed to take place in 2058.
Butt-Head is now kept alive with his head in a jar at this point. Who knows if that will be possible then?
Half the show was an MST3K-like roast of them in front of the TV watching videos and making comments, possibly to justify their presence on MTV.
With that in mind, that's how Cracked did their parody. It was also an opportunity to do several parodies in one article.

They're making fun of Shannen Doherty's asymmetrical face. All our faces are asymmetric but her features are more obvious. Gabrielle Carteris was playing a high school student at 33, thus a middle-aged person in the crowd.
American Gladiators
In pro-basketball, Dennis Rodman was known for dressing in drag as a way of showboating.
After the commercial is Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman
Then Lois & Clark, Then Late Night with Conan O'Brien. I don't know if this is a name-change or just a misspelling.
After constant flipping through channels, they finally find something they like.
