Western drama made to compete with Bonanza about ranch led by Victoria Barkley (Barbara Stanwyck).
There was also sons Jarred (Richard Long), Nick (Peter Breck), Heath (Lee Majors),the youngest son Eugene (Charles Briles), and daughter Audra (Linda Evans).
The caricature in that last panel is on the tip of my tongue but for some reason I can't place it now. Help me somebody.
They go and see who it is, and it's the Cartwrights from Bonanza, a show with a similar theme.
(Linda Evans did some beach party movies at the same time.)
Veronica shows up at the last minute and gives up the ranch rather than create more conflict.
