Animated show that would began and end each episode with Howie Mandel introducing Bobby's adventures and concluding with the lessons that were learned. Based on a character from his stand-up comedy routines, it was about a four-year-old-child's imagination and how he dealt with his family life.

The rest of the family often ignored him and the only person in the family who understood him was his Uncle Ted.
