Part of a longer article called Plan X from Planet Nerd. The idea was that a group of aliens led by Barf Vader would kidnap the stars of Earth's most popular TV shows and bring them to their own planet.

The show often began with Dr. Bob Hartley (Bob Newhart) calling his wife Emily (Suzanne Pleshette).

Here's another case where I doubt the Sick author even saw the show they were parodying. Emily is the one having a therapy session in the apartment with the characters that work in his office in their apartment at the session.

Newhart appeared in fewer of the shows himself in the last couple seasons, often shooting his own scenes independently, so even if the author never saw the show, he at least read about it. The aliens kidnap him from the booth he's calling from to learn the secrets of situation comedy.

Vader summons Napoleon, Nero, and Hitler for Hartley to analyze.

There was also this piece from TV Disclaimers We'd Like to See in MAD #180. The psychiatrist in the last panel is Dr. Joyce Brothers. On the show he and a dentist had office spaces next to each other and had the same secretary.
