THE FRENCH CURVE

THE FRENCH LINE (1953)
dir: Lloyd Bacon

THE FRENCH CURVE
EH! (From Here to Insanity) #8, February 1955
artist unknown

Musical released at the first wave of the 3-D craze, not the low-budget kind with the red and blue cellophane though. It was sold with the idea of seeing Jane Russell in 3-D, so EH! used a gimmick they called "Comicrameh" (don't ask how it was pronounced or the etymology) to duplicate the effect for print.
Since like you I'm seeing this in digital form and don't know exactly how the pages are placed, I think the two pages with the screen were in the center and you would fold the one with Jane Russell in between them and it would stick out. Using limited Photoshop skills, it looked something like this...
Better explained in this sequence here.
