Johnny Cash had a variety show for a while.
Tammy Wynette was another country singer famous four her song Stand By Your Man.
Two of his best-selling albums were his performing live concerts at San Quentin and Folsom prisons. A Boy Named Sue (scroll down for other parody) was one of his better-known songs.
