MAD rarely did more than one parody of something unless it was on for so long, but in this case here are two. The first was from an article called MAD Mini-Vision.
Joe Mannix (Mike Connors) worked for an agency called Intertect. In the first season his boss was Lew Wickersham (Joseph Campanella). In this the client's name is a parody of Howard Hughes, but in name only.

From the second season on, Mannix had a secretary Peggy Fair (Gail Fisher)
An associate of his was Lt. Malcolm (Ward Wood). Darren McDarren is a caricature of Darren McGavin.

Wally Cox was an actor/comedian and his name was shorthand for “wimpy guy”.

Bob & Ray did a recurring parody of Mannix, called Blimmix. Each sketch ended with him getting beaten up.
