While I was down for a few weeks people found gaps I was looking for as well as some I managed to miss, and I found a few myself. There are a lot here. Some are references in smaller articles, some are stories with those characters, most are covers to foreign editions, everything ranging from a quarter of a page to several pages. Sorry for the repetition with some of the text, it's assumed people will look at some posts but not others. It'll keep you busy for a while, which is why I broke this into three.
