DR. QUACK, MODERN WOMAN
MAD #330, September 1994
w: Dick DeBartolo
a: Mort Drucker

Dr. Quinn (Jane Seymour) is an urban doctor that has started her own practice in the West in Colorado in the 1860s. Her husband Sully (Joe Lando) was a local from there and also a friend of the Cheyenne tribe. Loren (Orson Bean) owned the store in town. Dr. Quinn and her husband take care of the children of a former partner of hers back East (Chad Allen, Erika Flores, Jessica Toomey)

Most of the townspeople in this spread are caricatures of actual actors but since they're not named and I've never seen the show, it would be wrong of me to try and identify them.
Much of the premise of the show is convincing the people of the town a woman doctor is equally capable. On this episode, one of the locals, Horace (Frank Collison) is injured.
The last panel has actors from other famous westerns.
