Surprisingly MAD never parodied The Munsters or The Addams Family, though they did do the 1991 movie. Cracked and Sick had a couple little pieces.

Part of the premise, besides The Munsters being a weird family, was that Marilyn (Beverly Owen, Pat Priest, this looks like neither) was the normal member of the family and was always trying to date, but Grandpa (Al Lewis), Herman (Fred Gwynne), and Lily (Yvonne DeCarlo) were always scaring guys away.
This strip doesn't make any sense.
